B12 + MICC x Sculpt Yoga
This Sculpt Yoga class blends strength-building movement with mindful flow to tone, lengthen, and energize your entire body. Expect heat-building sequences, core and strength work, and restorative stretches to leave you feeling strong, centered, and renewed.
B12 supports metabolism, mood, muscle repair, cognitive function, and immune health.

Candle Lit Yin with Massage
Come relax into restorative yoga postures while receiving light massage. Receiving physical touch can be extremely healing for the body as it stimulates the vagus nerve which has a critical role in calming the nervous system. The vagus nerve oversees many bodily functions including the parasympathetic nervous system, the immune system, and the digestive system.
